How to access your NivaCity Clientzone
The NivaCity Clientzone is where you manage everything to do with your account: your services, invoices, payments, and support tickets.
Logging in
Section titled “Logging in”Go to clientzone.nivacity.com and click Login at the top right. You can also go straight to the login page at clientzone.nivacity.com/?/clientarea/.
Enter the email address and password you used when you signed up, and you will land on your account dashboard.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”If you cannot remember your password, open the password reminder page and enter your account email. You will receive a link to set a new password.
Creating a new account
Section titled “Creating a new account”If you do not have an account yet, you can register on the sign up page. Once your details are in, you can order hosting, domains, and other services straight away.
Some new accounts may be asked to confirm their identity before activation. This is a routine fraud-prevention step and only affects a small number of orders.
